DOL Consumer Assistance and Complaint Website Launched!
Calling all health and retirement plan participants - the DOL (that's "Department of Labor" for the non-industry general plan participant consumers out there) has launched a new website intended to offer consumers education and resources to better understand their benefit plans. Additionally, consumers can submit a question, file a complaint or report a problem with their plan in an easy-peezy fashion. Inquiries and complaints submitted are sent directly to EBSA benefits advisers, who will respond as soon as possible but no later than three business day.
