| Bill has more than 30 years experience in direct client Benefit Plan work. After graduating from the Business School at the University of South Florida, he began his benefits career as a Marketing and Client Service Representative for a major insurance company. This was followed by 10 years of Benefit experience as Consultant and Manager for several national benefit consulting firms. Serving as Founder and President of Denman for the 20 years it has been serving Colorado-based clients, Bill is well-known in the Colorado market for his innovative solutions to complex Benefit Plan matters and developing effective Benefit Plan risk management strategies to uniquely fit a client’s business and cultural philosophies. He enjoys playing the guitar, skiing, and other Colorado outdoor activities. |

| Jim’s career in the field of Employee Benefits began in 1988 with large Midwest insurers and managed care organizations and included health and special risk underwriting, provider negotiations, product development, corporate client services and corporate marketing. He then worked as a Reinsurance broker for major U.S. and Canadian insurers in the areas of life, health and special risk insurance. Utilizing his broad knowledge of the industry, Jim is instrumental in enhancing current client relations and developing rapport with future clients. Jim obtained his business degree from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa where he was a member of the tennis team. He also enjoys running and spending time with his two children. |

| Rusti entered the Employee Benefits Industry after working for several years in the non-profit fundraising and marketing for Pueblo County United Way. Making the transition through her training as a Paralegal, Rusti has since focused on comprehensive client services including renewal and long-term strategic planning, data-mining, health benefit regulatory compliance, identifying and preparing effective employee communication tools, streamlining benefits administration, and leveraging her market expertise in vendor and contract negotiations. Her in-depth understanding of these complicated and ever-changing topics makes her an invaluable resource to our clients. Rusti graduated from the University of Southern Colorado (now CSU-Pueblo) with a Political Science degree, the Denver Paralegal institute with a Paralegal Certificate and enjoys traveling, swimming, theater, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. |

| With more than 30 years in employee benefits consulting and insurance industry, Lew has served as the Sr. VP West Region Public Practice Leader, Health & Welfare Office Practice Leader and Principal for national consulting firm, as well as Regional VP Sales & Account Management for a national insurance carrier. His extensive consulting-client relationships include both private and public sector employers, such as The State of Nevada Public Employee’s Benefit Program, Memphis Light Gas and Water, The State of Kansas Public Employee’s Benefit Program, Shelby County Tennessee, Methodist Hospital, University of Louisville, Big River Utilities, Kentucky Utilities, Jefferson County Colorado, Manitowoc Manufacturing, The Carpenters Union Health & Welfare Fund(s), just to name a few. Lew holds a B.S. in Finance from N. Illinois University. Designations and other credentials include Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), the American College Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Certified Life Underwriter (CLU), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Lew enjoys spending time with his two children, skiing, golf, bicycling, and playing pool. |

| Nick’s career in Employee Benefits began with Denman several years ago and has been going strong ever since. Prior to joining Denman, Nick was in marketing for an industry leading emergency/medical response company headquartered in Massachusetts. Nick’s versatile role with Denman consists of strategic planning with clients, intensive market analysis and vendor negotiation, conducting employee educational presentations, reviewing carrier contracts and policies, and fostering client and vendor relationships. With his pleasant attitude and dedication to his clients, Nick is an integral part of the Denman Team. Nick graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Communication with an emphasis in Organizational Communication and enjoys traveling, hiking, snow shoeing and road biking. |

| With over 10 years as an Account Manager for a national life and disability insurance carrier, Casey brings a unique set of skills to the Denman Team. Casey’s expert knowledge of specialty risk benefits such as Life, AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, and Dental make him an excellent resource for clients. Some of Casey’s key responsibilities include vendor market analysis, reviewing and amending client plan documents, contracts and other communication materials, implementation planning, and marketing support. Additionally, Casey’s passion for high-touch, high-quality service and attention to detail are apparent across all aspects of serving clients. Casey and his wife, Jennifer, enjoy spending time together traveling, shopping, working on occasional landscaping projects, playing with their two dogs and going to the gym. |

| Coming to Denman with a background in Reinsurance and ancillary product sales for a national insurance carrier, Isaiah is particularly skilled in identifying client needs and building strong relationships. Prior to Isaiah’s sales position, he worked as an Senior HR Consultant for four years with a private, nationwide executive consulting firm. Isaiah’s key responsibilities include vendor market analysis, contracts review, preparing effective employee communication materials, budget projection and data mining analysis, as well as marketing support, just to name a few. Isaiah is very driven, has a passion for customer service, as well as creating solutions tailored to meet a client’s unique needs. Isaiah graduated from The University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Sociology. He and his wife, Christy, enjoy summer and winter sports, reading, and hiking near their home with their dog, Kota. |

| Lynn’s career in the employee benefits field began twenty years ago. As the Human Resources Manager for a Third Party Administrator, Lynn gained insight and experience in self-funded employee benefit plan administration. She oversaw all aspects of H.R. including procuring, designing and administering employee benefit plans for the company. Since then, Lynn’s become a full-time member of the Denman team and applies her invaluable TPA experience to her role as a Support Services Specialist. Lynn’s duties at Denman include support assistance to all staff preparing request for proposals, reviewing contracts, restating/amending plan documents, special projects, as well as back-end corporate support services related to banking and H.R. Lynn’s hobbies include a passionate interest/involvement in nature and wild-life, enjoying the great outdoors and listening to music of every genre. |
